Cant make ticket in discord and there is no other way to @ anyone to help, tried making a ticket in the public discord with no response. no responce from the websaite tickets either. tried dming some support people in discord with no responces. just cant get in touch with anyone, but they take payment instantly.

I bought it joined the server then had to wait 2 whole days to be put into a server with no download ill update this review when I test out the product fully but so far it hasnt been looking good customer support wise.
